Fair House Beach Resort lies on Chaweng Noi, just 1 km from the main Chaweng Beach with its shopping, restaurants and extensive nightlife. Resort facilities include a beach side pool (fresh water) and hilltop pool (fresh water at the top of the hill with sea view). Rooms are designed in Thai style and situated among swaying coconut palms and gardens. Samui Airport is approximately 20 minutes drive.
Other than swimming, sunbathing and watching the magnificant views on the palm-fringed beach, you can spend a relaxing hour in the resorts beachside pool.
The Rim Lay, our beachside restaurant allow you to dine on the open-air terrace, serving the best of Thai & European food and a special Seafood Barbeque

Hotel Information
Fair House Beach Resort will be construction of two new buildings from 1 Apr - 15 Dec 2008 and will be renovated Superior Bungalows from 1 Oct - 20 Dec 2008. The working time is daily from 09.00 a.m. - 05.00 p.m. and some accommodates may be affected from dust and noise disturbance.
Next to the Fair House Beach Resort is constructing building of a new 5 star hotel from now until the end the end of January 2009.
